Former US treasury secretary the Harvard professor is exiting the governing body at the ChatGPT creator, just a week after a series of digital correspondence between him and notorious criminal the disgraced billionaire became public.

He commented in an announcement that he was "grateful for the chance to have participated, excited about the potential of the enterprise, and anticipate tracking their development".

The prominent academic, who formerly led the prestigious university, stated on recently that he would be withdrawing from public commitments due to his connections with the convicted sex offender.
