The Covent Garden Hotel's Sake Martini – Recipe
For an elegant surprise, try this elegant, martini-style cocktail. This beverage is airy, scented and drinkable, and complements small pieces of parmesan.
Sake Martini
Serves 1
30ml gin – choose a premium dry gin
15ml Lillet Blanc – an aromatic French aperitif wine
15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake
Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, add a big handful of ice cubes and mix for half a minute until cold. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass and serve.
